“For a company of our size, we were advised to implement Recras in multiple phases during the off-season. It was expected to take two to three years, but we completed it in just four months! We had to, as everything needed to be ready before the peak season. Wato Events

‘t Dommeltje
“The farm had been used as a dairy farm for generations until about 20 years ago when part of the land was opened up for farm golf. Over the years, this location grew into an event venue,” explains Chantal van Uden. As office manager, she is not only responsible for processing the reservations and bookings at event venue, farm, and inn ‘t Dommeltje in Boxtel, but she’s also happy to roll up her sleeves on the work floor whenever her help is needed in the hospitality area.

FEC Sevenum
The Fun & Entertainment Center (FEC) in Sevenum was built in 2018. Thanks to its ideal location near vacation park De Schatberg, the FEC quickly became well-known in Sevenum and the surrounding area. From day one, the recreation center chose Recras as their booking system, even when misfortune struck.

De Speelfabriek
At De Speelfabriek (The Play-factory) in Rotterdam, visitors can enjoy a creative playground with various activities, such as drawing like a sand wizard, building with mini bricks, making milkshakes, and experimenting with electricity. Owner Maarten Horstink calls the concept an “invention playground” with endless possibilities. The company has been using Recras as their booking system for a year now.

Actief Twente
Robert-Jan Dissel has been working with Recras’ programme since the company started to get on the road with its management software. ‘They approached us. They were us on the internet in their search for five external parties to run the programme. ‘That was about 10 years ago now,’ Actief Twente’s owner quickly estimates. ‘We are still very satisfied with it.’”

For teambuilding and bachelor parties as well as for families with children,’ the manager lists. ‘With us, they can fully customise what they want to do and when they want to do it.’

Since Hennie Kuipers, front office manager at HunzeOutdoor, got to know Recras, she hasn’t wanted anything else. “This program saves us so much time!” she says enthusiastically. “Previously, we used to spend about 15 to 20 minutes on a booking. Now, we don’t even spend a minute on it.”
