Harry: “From step one, it can be used, and we mostly use that path for automatic bookings where no quote is needed. But of course, we also have event bookings that do require a quote. Once this is in option and accepted, it leaves our sales team, and the Purchasing and Planning departments take over. The booking is then completed through the cash register system, and aftersales are handled via mailing.
