Users and permissions

Determine which information is accessible to which user, while everyone uses the same system.

Give your employees the information they need

Because you manage your company’s bookings and operations in Recras, there is a lot of information in the system. With users and permissions, you decide which information can be accessed by whom. You can also customise the management of bookings, customer data and contact moments for each user. From owner to cashier, everyone can access the information needed for daily operations.

Users and roles

Decide which roles you add to Recras. From administrator to cashier, you can create a role for every function in your organisation with appropriate permissions in the system.

Manage settings per user

Each user has certain permissions within Recras. It’s up to you to determine which rights these are based on day-to-day operations. Permissions can be easily enabled and disabled at any time.”

Supplier access

You can also give external suppliers access to your Recras environment. This way, you automate the ordering process and your suppliers always have access to the information relevant to them.

Peace of mind and overview by centralising information

On busy days, your recreation business can be a hectic affair, so you might overlook tasks. Recras’ management system ensures that all open actions are transparent. This is done on the homepage of your Recras environment, using the blue buttons. These notifications keep you informed of unread e-mails, open requests, expired quotations, expired invoices and personnel services yet to be processed.

When you clear all notifications daily, you know that you have done all administrative tasks -from customer contact to personnel management-. When your operations are in order, you will have more peace and order in your organisation.

It starts with a booking

The Recras system is built for all types of leisure businesses. Small and large. Whether you rent out 3 canoes or offer complex packages, with Recras you automate your booking process and the organisation around it.”
