With the checkout view in Recras, you gain full control and an overview of the daily flow at your location. You always have up-to-date availability and the daily schedule at your fingertips. Arriving reservations, walk-ins, and phone requests can be processed quickly and efficiently through the booking overview. Additionally, you have access to till-specific functions such as sales, cash and card payments, invoice management, and end-of-day closing.
Payment methods at the checkout
Recras’ checkout system allows you to easily process cash and debit card payments. Vouchers can also be used as payment methods. For card payments, simply connect the Recras checkout system to the Mollie mobile POS terminal.
Scanning tickets
Each ticket is assigned a unique barcode by Recras, linked to the booking. When scanned, booking details and payment status are instantly displayed at the checkout. You can easily add additional people and products to the booking as needed.
Voucher printer
When processing payments on-site, you can connect a receipt printer to the computer running the Recras checkout system. Once the payment is completed in Recras, a receipt will be printed.
Permissions
In Recras, you can assign each user a role with specific permissions. This ensures that users can access the checkout system without viewing sensitive company information. Mollie
Online payments are processed through Mollie, our payment service provider. To offer online payments to your customers, you’ll need a Mollie account. For debit card payments, we recommend using Mollie’s debit card terminal.
Hospitality
If your leisure business includes a large hospitality section, such as a restaurant with waitstaff and kitchen staff, we recommend integrating Recras for the hospitality industry with cash registers from Mplus or Povis. We have had excellent results with both products in terms of seamless integration.
