Pay only for active users
You are only charged for users (staff members and external suppliers) who have logged in during the past month. This ensures you’re not paying for inactive accounts.
Only pay for completed bookings
You only pay for bookings that have actually taken place. If no bookings are made in Recras, you don’t pay anything for a booking.
Pay only when you generate revenue
Your monthly rate is based on the booking value from the previous month (revenue excl. VAT). Fewer bookings mean lower costs.
No setup fees
Get started with Recras for free. There are no setup costs, and you only start paying once you receive bookings.
No lock-in contract
Cancel your Recras subscription anytime; no notice period, no extra costs.
Growing together
When your bookings increase, your Recras subscription adjusts accordingly. If business slows down, your costs go down too.
Subscription and transaction fees
Recras subscription
0,5% + €5,- per user
✓ 0.5% of the booking value (revenue) excluding VAT
Example: a €100 booking costs only €0.50.
✓ Monthly €5 per active user (staff and suppliers)
No charge for users who do not log in.
✓ Minimum monthly fee of €25
If your total costs are lower, this minimum fee applies.
✓ Monthly billing in arrears
Costs are billed monthly after the fact.
