Pay only for active users
You only pay for users (staff members and external suppliers) who have actually logged in in the past month. This way, you don’t have ongoing charges for inactive users.
Only pay for bookings that have gone through
You only pay for bookings that have taken place. As long as no bookings come into Recras, you also pay nothing.
Pay only when there is income
We base the monthly rate on the previous month’s booking value (revenue exc. VAT). If you have fewer bookings, you also pay less
No entry fees
You can try and set up Recras free of charge. We don’t charge any entry fees and you only start paying when you actually receive bookings.
No notice period
You can cancel your Recras subscription at any time. With no notice period and no extra costs, of course.
Growing together
If your bookings are pouring in, you’ll pay a little more for your Recras subscription. Are things going a little less? Then you will also pay less. Fair enough.
The Recras subscription consists of 2 components.
This is billed monthly in arrears. The Recras subscription consists of two components: booking value and users. If these costs fall below €25 per month, a minimum fee of €25 per month applies.
½%
of the booking value (turnover) excluding VAT. So a 100 euro booking will only cost you 50 cents!
