ViaSocket and Recras

Triggers and actions

ViaSocket works with triggers and actions. A trigger is an event that starts an automation, it’s the starting point. An action is what the system should do once the trigger occurs. For example: A new contact is created (trigger), and that contact is then added to the mailing system (action).

Costs

Starting September 1, 2025, the cost for using ViaSocket will be €50 per month. You’ll need a ViaSocket account to access their services.
