Povis and Recras

With the integration between Recras and Povis, you not only manage your bookings but also seamlessly integrate them with your hospitality POS system. This integration is ideal for recreational businesses that combine activities and hospitality.

 

How the integration works

Bookings made in Recras are automatically processed in the Povis POS system. This gives you immediate insight into the booked program and available products without the need for manual data transfers.

 

What the integration can do

• Display an overview of bookings with information about each reservation in Povis.
• Pay the outstanding amount of a booking at the POS. The payment and payment method will also be visible in Recras.
• Change the status of a booking to ‘in progress’ or ‘completed’ from the POS.
• Scan the QR code from a Recras reservation and immediately mark the booking as active.
• Sell tickets for activities with limited availability. Available seats are retrieved in real-time from Recras. The new booking and payment are immediately passed to Recras, reducing availability accordingly.
• Add orders (e.g., drinks) to a booking. These can later be invoiced from Recras or paid directly at the POS.
• Assign bookings to tables in restaurant mode, allowing orders to be added via handheld devices and sent to kitchen printers.
• Import and synchronize the entire catalog with Recras, so pricing changes only need to be made in one place.
• Redeem Recras vouchers at the POS and use them as season passes, granting free entry once per day.
