Recras offers extensive possibilities as a CRM package with incoming email

Thanks to this functionality, customer contact becomes more efficient and seamless. Each user can manage their own email inbox within Recras, eliminating the need for a general inbox. This makes it possible to work directly in Recras and keep almost all customer communication within the system. In addition to being a powerful management and reservation system, Recras also functions as a complete CRM package.

Why is this useful?

  • Efficiency: Keep all your customer communication in one central place.
  • Speed: Respond to emails faster and more effectively without detours.
  • Completeness: Turn Recras into a full-fledged CRM system by integrating incoming email.

Activating Incoming Email

Want to use this feature? Send an email to support@recras.com, and we will enable it for you. After that, you only need to set up automatic forwarding from your company mailbox to your Recras email address. A detailed guide can be found in the Recras documentation.

How does Incoming Email work?

Incoming email is fully integrated into the open actions on your Recras homepage. In five simple steps, you can efficiently process emails:

  1. An incoming email is automatically registered as a follow-up action.
  2. Incoming emails appear at the top of your follow-up actions.
  3. Link the email to an existing or new contact.
  4. Once linked, the email is stored as a contact moment for that contact.
  5. After processing the email, you can mark it as completed.

Multiple Email Addresses or Locations?

Do you have multiple locations or mailboxes that need to be linked? No problem! You can add additional email addresses and specify which user role should receive the follow-up actions for each address.

Harrie’s Tip: Only Relevant Emails

“To keep your Recras inbox clear and easy to use, be mindful of which emails are received here. Avoid newsletters and other general emails, for example. This keeps your inbox organized and efficient.”
