What the booking process could look like on your website
How your booking process can look on your website
A smooth booking process makes all the difference. It allows your visitors to book without hassle, whether they’re on desktop or mobile. No unnecessary steps, no confusion, just a clear and pleasant flow. That means a better customer journey and fewer phone calls and emails.
With Recras, you can tailor the booking process to match your workflow and website. You decide which steps a customer goes through and what information is shown. Using widgets, you can build your ideal booking flow. Think of a calendar widget, text blocks, products with or without a set duration, packages, customer details, custom questions, multiple choice questions, a discount code field, and more. The products you offer can be displayed in different ways, such as with an image, a price display or availability. Start times can also be shown in several ways. You’ll find more information about the booking process on the Book processes page.
You decide how to display your products, for example: with start times (left), with start times and availability (middle), or by first selecting a product and then choosing a time from a dropdown menu (right).
Products without start times can also be displayed in different ways, for example in rows.
Just as important is making sure the booking process matches the style of your website. You want customers to feel confident when they place a request, whether it’s a booking, a quote request or the purchase of a gift card. This includes adjusting the colours of the booking process and, with your own CSS, customising the font and shapes.
Curious to see the booking processes of other Recras members? Take a look at the portfolio page with videos from different members. Each video shows how the booking process works on their own website. The styles vary, from simple and clean to more visual and extensive. It’s a great way to explore what’s possible and get inspired for your own book process.
